R6: FURIA is the big winner of Qualify Latam and goes to the Six Invitational

The last spot has been filled! FURIA is qualified for the Six Invitational 2021. The Panthers performed well in Qualify Latam and managed to win the spot for the great Rainbow Six competition.

The Spanish team defeated Estral in the Qualify final. If they won the classification, Estral would be the first Mexican team to compete in the Six Invitational, but FURIA proved to be superior in the confrontation.

    Semifinal

FURIA played in the semifinals against Malvinas, with matches played on the Café Dostoiévski (Malvinas) and Litoral (FURIA) maps.

Despite Café Dostoevsky being the choice of opponents, the Spanish team managed to take advantage. Starting with a 3x0 on the scoreboard, FURA saw Meight try to carry his team towards a recovery, making the score tight in the 3x2, but in the last round, after getting a kill at a disadvantage, Highs held the clock and confirmed the 4x2 to The Spanish. At the turn of the side, FURIA had ease and tranquility to impose the score of 7x3.

On the coast, FURIA displayed even more superiority. While the Spanish team defended, only one attack from the opponents was successful. After the side turn, everything seemed even smoother, resulting in a well-known score by the Spaniards... 7x1. Fortunately, this time it was in our favor.

In the grand final, FURIA faced Estral, the team that eliminated the Spaniards from INTZ after 3 clashes in the semifinal. The maps were Club (FURIA), Oregon (Estral) and Theme Park (Tiebreaker).

The decision started out extremely close, with both teams exchanging point-to-point and the score remaining tied in the first half. In the side turn, the Spaniards seemed to be heading for the victory with a 6x3 on the scoreboard, but Estral showed that it was no joke by fitting five straight rounds, taking the match to extra time and then getting the victory with the score of 8x6.

In Oregon, Miracle carried FURIA to victory. In the first half, with its defense, FURIA guaranteed the score of 4x2, but in the turn of the side, the opponents grew again. With Miracle being important in the attack, the result of 6x6 took the match to overtime again. After each team won a round, at the decisive point Miracle stood out and secured the 8x7 for the Spaniards.

In the decisive match, FURIA managed to have more tranquility to guarantee the spot in the Six Invitational. On the Theme Park map, the Spaniards secured the 4v2 advantage with their attacks. To confirm the rating, Miracle locked the deactivator and liquidated the opponents' chances. 7x4 for the Spaniards.
