[Xbox All Access] Program will have the option to upgrade to Project Scarlett

The Xbox All Access program was originally released in 2018, it entitles you to the console, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and the option to switch your console to Project Scarlet. When purchasing the All Access plan, the user will be entitled to 24 months of Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass (both form a package called Xbox Game Pass Ultimate).
