Xiaomi's Note line is popularly known for featuring smartphones from various segments, such as entry-level, mid-range and high-end. Launched in March by Xiaomi, the Redmi Note 10 hit the market in several versions, the three main ones being the RN 10, 10s and 10 Pro. Each one of them brings a specific change in the hardware and is indicated for a specific target audience of the company. One of the main differentials of the Pro version is its main camera with a resolution of 108 MP, in addition to bringing several camera modules.

Design and canvas

There has been a significant evolution in the design of the new line compared to the previous generation, especially on the back, which this time features four camera sensors located on the right side of the cell phone in a module that houses the sensors, flash and a ring that circles the main camera. On the front we have a 6,43-inch Super AMOLED screen in the common AMOLED version of 6,67" in the Pro version, both with FullHD resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels), but in the more expensive model the refresh rate is 120 Hz against 60 Hz on RN 10.

At the top of the display is the front camera sensor, which unlike the previous model is centralized and not on the left side. Still on the screen, the type of protection added by Xiaomi is different depending on the version, and may come with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 or 5.

The smartphone is an interesting option for Android users looking for a cell phone to consume movies and series, since the AMOLED screen has better color contrast and consumes less battery. The Redmi Note 10 is a more viable option compared to the Galaxy A32 5G, a Samsung model that arrives with a satisfactory processor and a screen below acceptable.

Cameras

Both have four rear sensors, but only the Pro version has a camera with a resolution of 108 MP (f/1.9, 26mm wide and PDAF), also with an ultrawide of 8 MP (f/2.2, 118Ëš), 2MP depth ( f/2.4) and 2 MP macro (f/2.4). The front camera, in turn, has 16 MP (f/2.5) and records in FullHD at 30 FPS.

In the common version, the main sensor has 48 MP (f/1.79) and maintains the standard of the previous one: 8 MP ultrawide (f/2.2, 118Ëš), 2 MP depth (f/2.4) and 2 MP macro (f/2.4). ).

In addition to high resolution cameras, the system also offers quality post-processing, ensuring even more quality photography. The native application has interesting functions, but to get even more definition it is possible to install GCam on the device.

Processor and storage

The Redmi Note 10 Pro features the Snapdragon 732G (8 nm) Octa-core chipset (2x2.3 GHz Kryo 470 Gold and 6x1.8 GHz Kryo 470 Silver), Adreno 618 GPU, 6 or 8 GB of RAM memories and versions with 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. The SD 732G was announced in August 2020 and is a mid-range gaming-focused SoC capable of running background activities and running heavier games. According to Qualcomm, the graphics card that integrates the component is capable of offering up to 15% more performance compared to the previous generation.

The common version comes with the Snapdragon 678, Adreno 612 GPU and only 4 GB of RAM. In storage, the manufacturer added 128 GB of capacity with the possibility of expansion through a microSD card.

Battery:

The regular version has a capacity of 5.000mAh, while the Pro has 20mAh more.

Availability and price

It is already possible to buy them in stores in the national market and the price is around R$ 1.900 in the common version with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The Pro version is on sale as of the publication date of this article and can be purchased for R$2.600.
