TheElec portal released information that Apple is planning to launch a new model of the iPad Pro with an OLED screen as early as 2021. Rumors have pointed out that the company is interested in launching an iPad with a mini-LED screen at the beginning of the year, but now the Rumor claims that an iPad Pro with the panels that are generally used by Samsung and LG are also in the Cupertino company's plans.
According to what has been released, the intention is to launch the device between July and December next year. The informant also claims that Samsung, maker of OLED displays, has even upgraded its factory in Asan, South Korea, in order to prepare for the new iPads from next year.

Transition to OLED screens
Apparently, Apple is already moving to first launch the iPad with a mini-LED screen with the aim of improving the device's image visibility in darker environments. The launch of this iPad should happen in early 2021, and depending on public acceptance, OLED screens should be postponed by Apple.
Currently, Apple already uses OLED panels in the iPhone 12 line, and for the iPad Pro, the company intends to maintain the same standard with more robust technology, including protections against problems such as Burn-in, for example, preventing burns and loss of brightness over time, thus ensuring a longer useful life for the panels.
