The World Developers Conference (WWDC) has already had its date set by Apple and will take place this first semester between June 7th and 11th. Just like last year, the event will be online and free for all developers, who will be able to see first-hand the next technologies that will be used by the manufacturer.
The event would be held in the city of San José, in the state of California, in the United States, but due to the restrictions of the pandemic, the company chose to keep the conference at a distance. The municipality is very close to Mountain View, where Apple's headquarters are located.

next news
During the WWDC, the company is expected to reveal the next versions of its operating systems (iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, macOS and tvOS), presenting the changes in the software and revealing which devices will receive the news and the release schedule for 2021.
We still don't know if the next generation of iPhone will be announced during the event that will take place in June, but it is likely that the calendar will be similar to that of 2020 and the brand will announce the iPhone 13 only in the fourth quarter of this year.
The manufacturer also has programs to encourage young developers to enter the world of technology and create their projects. One such program is the 'Swift Student Challenge', a kind of tech challenge where they need to create an interactive scene that can be experienced in 3 minutes within Swift Playgrounds.
Files can be submitted until April 19. To check more details about the challenge click here.
