Now Apple Watches will receive even greater face customization, with the option to share them with your friends to show you how your watch turned out or in case they want to wear a face exactly like yours.
We also have: sleep monitoring, monitoring to wash your hands and make sure they are well hygienic, more options for physical activities and movement tracking not only of the arms, but the whole body using the watch sensors.

Some of the features are new additions to the Smartwatch market while others have been competing for some time, mainly sleep quality monitoring.
Watch face customization
Now you can customize your clock faces even more, whether by adding new apps that are easily accessible directly from the main screen, or changing the background colors or adding a photo as your clock wallpaper.
There will also be more data options that can be shown, such as the tachymeter for example. You can share your Watch Face directly with your friends via message, email or link that will take you directly to the WatchOS App Store.
Sleep Monitoring
In addition to showing you the quality of your sleep during the night, the watch will also help you improve it by suggesting you do or avoid specific activities before the time you want to sleep.
Options related to this are applying a specific background image from the selected time, time reminders, opening selected apps among other features.
Monitoring new exercises, including dances
New exercises have been added to the list of activities that can be monitored by the watch while you exercise.
One of the main new exercises is tracking dances of various types, some of them are Hip-Hop, Heart Dance, Bollywood and Latin Dance. In addition, the old Activity App will now be called Fitness and will have a completely renewed design.
Sanitization of hands
With the COVID-19 pandemic in full swing, one of the biggest steps people can take to prevent themselves from becoming infected is to wash their hands thoroughly and efficiently.
It will automatically detect that you are washing your hands and will start a 20 second countdown to ensure your hands are well sanitized at the end of the wash.
Directions directly on the watch while riding
In addition to giving the user directions as you pedal, the app will also be able to tell you when you will need to get off the bike to cross some part of the route defined by Maps.
Using Siri to translate from other languages
The new Siri will also have its presence in the next version of WatchOS, it will now be possible to use automatic translation on Apple Watch, with simultaneous voice translation and split languages on the screen to improve conversation.
