A detail that draws attention when we turn on the screen is the fact that we don't have a curved screen like the interior model here. Instead, thin edges frame the screen. As infamous as the Edge line is — which means edge, or edge, in free translation — does not bring a curved screen, it is easily understandable in the design choice of the Motorola, which privileges user usability.
At the rear, we have a solid color with a tasteful “mirror mirror” effect, and the camera array on top. It consists of three cameras, microphone and flash. At the top we only have a small microphone, while at the bottom there is the drawer for the carrier chip, USB-C type input, a microphone and a mono speaker. The entire construction of the side is beautiful and with a great finish, giving a premium look and great construction to the Motorola Edge 20 that we have on hand.

One of the aspects that stand out here is undoubtedly the very high quality screen. Motorola brings a Max Vision OLED screen, HDR 10+ (2400 x 1080 pixels resolution), and an amazing refresh rate of 144 Hz. Games like Asphalt 9 e Fifa run perfectly here. I didn't identify stutters or drops in performance at any time while playing. Combined with the 144 Hz refresh rate, any game - especially competitive - shines a lot brighter and jumps out a lot more. testing PUBG, the maximum quality available is the HDR and frame rate in “Ultra” — which should be reduced if the smartphone is hot or low on battery. In this ideal scenario, the performance is great. Despite this, I felt safer when playing with the “high” frame rate to avoid some stuttering in moments with many people close to each other.

When getting very close to an object, the application suggests switching to the macro camera, which manages to capture a wonderful quality of detail.
The set does very well photographing landscapes as well. The ultra-wide camera offers a distance of 0.5x, “seeing” a lot of information and adding the rounded effect to the edges of the image. The 3x zoom works very well, but as much as there is a camera dedicated to zoom, reaching up to 30x distance, I say that after the 3x zoom, the image quality will start to drop — in addition to gradually getting more difficult to stabilize. the image holding the smartphone.
