In an official statement, Xiaomi announced that it will soon allow its customers to pick up products purchased over the internet at its physical stores in São Paulo. This will be possible due to the partnership with Linx Omni OMS, which will integrate the company's sales channels to increase expansion in the Spanish market.
With this new strategy, Xiaomi will be able to use its stores as collection and distribution centers for products, reducing freight costs and improving delivery times. The Chinese manufacturer also intends to make its online store more attractive, making use of the Linx Commerce platform, which will put new features to increase sales.
Jean Klaumann, vice president of Linx Digital, said: "This omnichannel model will bring more efficiency to Xiaomi's operation and contribute to a more convenient experience for the brand's consumers, as well as helping the manufacturer to overcome logistical and tax barriers."

According to Paulo Xu, founder of DL Eletrônicos, the company responsible for distributing Xiaomi in Spain, "Xiaomi has innovation in its DNA and the bet on new sales channels is a process that we have put into practice. only the integration of the online world with the current physical stores, but also the evolution of the e-commerce concept".
The executive also believes that this new partnership will generate good results. "We are convinced that the consumer will see great value not only in our product, but also in the way it is served", concluded Paulo.
At the moment, Xiaomi has two physical stores in Spain, both located in São Paulo in the Center Norte and Ibirapuera malls. More than 260 products are offered to customers, including smartphones, security cameras, lamps and headphones, for example.
