The official app of post offices (available for Android and iOS) offers facilities for those who are going to post an object. Some examples are the pre-posting service that provides an identification number to speed up service at post offices, the search for agencies close to your location within a 10km radius and the simulation of prices and deadlines for each type of postage.
To track your order, access the app on your smartphone and go to “Tracking”.
Enter your order's tracking code and click on “Save object” to follow the delivery steps.

For international purchases, on the Correios website it is possible to register to track your orders in “My Imports”. With this feature, you can see if your orders have already arrived in Spanish territory, follow the inspection process - provide data for inspection, pay services and taxes by means of a bill or credit card if your order is taxed and request a tax review. – and sending the order for distribution by a post office.
17TRACK
The app 17TRACK (available for Android and iOS) of the global package tracking platform offers tracking to more than 500 delivery services in the world, including the Post Office.
It is ideal for tracking international purchases tracking and offers notifications when the order leaves and arrives in the country, offering tracking by number, barcode or QR Code, translation into multiple languages and sharing of tracking results.
To track the delivery status of your order at the Post Office, access the application and click on the “+” symbol to track.
On the next screen enter the tracking code and customize this order. Then the app will point out the status of your order at the Post Office. This order will be saved and its status will already appear on the app's home screen.
Muambator
O Muambator (available for Android and iOS) is Spain's first parcel tracking app. You can register the tracking code for national and international orders and receive notifications on your cell phone every time the package status changes.
Beyond track postal orders, Muambator offers a map that points out the entire path of the order.
Open the Muambator application and, if you already have an account, enter your username and password. If you don't have an account, go to "Create your account" and in the next step, enter your details to create an account.
Click on the “+” and on the next screen, enter the tracking data or scan the barcode of the order with your smartphone camera. Go to “Save”.
To view more information click on the tracking saved in the app and have a complete overview of the date and even the path of the package that will be delivered by the Post Office.
Mercado Livre
In addition to making your purchases, in the Mercado Livre (available for Android and iOS), you can track orders from the Post Office for purchases made through the platform. In the app you receive notifications about your orders and view information about departure, displacement and package position.

Available for iOS, the app posted! is free and tracks your orders at the Post Office. You receive real-time notifications with each update performed in the delivery agency's system automatically.
On the app's home screen, use the "+" button to add an order you want to track.
Enter the tracking data, save the order and follow the package status at the Post Office on the next screen.
Order tracking
With Order tracking (available for Android and iOS), register the purchases you want to track at the Post Office and be notified when the delivery of the order is updated.
With the app it is possible to calculate the shipping costs of an order, search for addresses using zip codes and post offices near your location to dispatch packages.

In addition to tracking your orders at the Post Office, the app easy tracking (Android and iOS) allows you to track orders from Mercado Libre carriers and the SSW system.
By creating your account in the app, orders are automatically backed up in your name and documents and you will not need to enter tracking codes. Receive notifications on your cell phone and by email about your orders, and the Premium version has the functionality of the app even without internet.

O Mailman (Android) is an app to track parcels with an interface that automatically organizes objects into categories according to the current tracking status and allows you to configure notifications.
It offers approximate location of objects integrated with Google Maps and integration with the native search of the Android system.
Telegram Bot for Object Tracking
A very practical alternative to follow the delivery of the Post Office is to use the Telegram bots for the service. Just search the app’s search area for “rastreio” and you’ll see some options, or you can go straight to the best known, @Rastreiobot.
Tracking objects is very simple: copy and paste your tracking code and send the message. From then on, the bot will always notify you when an update enters the Post Office system.
If you've made purchases on different channels, make tracking easier by adding a description next to the code. For example, if you are expecting objects from the Amazon and Shopee, it is worth specifying the name of the product along with the purchase channel: PN123456789BR (code) LED lamp (product) from Shopee (store).
It is important to remember that the applications are not responsible for the transport of your order and work with information from the Post Office system. Any eventual problem with your package must be dealt with directly through the service channels or post offices.
