GALAXY A72 receives approval from ANATEL and launch in Spain is close

This Thursday (28), the Galaxy A72 was spotted in documents released by Anatel, confirming its imminent launch. Before that, the device received certification from the FCC, another regulatory body, however, from the United States, and on that occasion it was revealed that its battery will support fast charging of 25W, common power among Samsung chargers.

As in the North American agency document, the device appears in Anatel's database carrying the model code SM-A725M, and neither certification reveals many details about its technical file. What can be confirmed so far is that the two bodies talk about the presence of the charger included in the box, an important detail, since more and more manufacturers are adhering to the stance of selling the accessory separately, as Samsung itself did at launch. of its flagships from the Galaxy S21 family.

What is known about the Galaxy A72 so far?

Amazingly, apart from the included charger and charging power for the battery, nothing else has been revealed or even confirmed for the new Galaxy A72. However, rumors point out that Samsung will release two editions of the same phone. Apparently, the difference between them is that a version will be released with support for 5G networks, and another with support for only 4G. The latter, it seems, should arrive in some selected markets, but nothing has been confirmed by the manufacturer so far.

The battery is expected to be a 5.000 mAh, the same amperage confirmed in the Galaxy A02 announced by Samsung yesterday (27). In addition, a Dutch blog talked about the possible camera package that will come integrated into the Galaxy A72. The information talks about a quadruple configuration on its rear, with a main lens of 64 megapixels, plus one of 12 and another two of 5 megapixels, to be used as ultrawide, macro and depth of field respectively.

In terms of the screen, the information talks about a 6,7-inch Super AMOLED+ display, and with the fingerprint sensor being inserted under the screen, something very similar to what already happens in the Galaxy S21 family. Apparently, Samsung has also kept the P2 headphone jack, another point that has become increasingly rare.

About its datasheet, the Galaxy A72 will be offered in two memory options: 6GB + 128GB or 8GB + 256GB, expandable via microSD. The speculated processor is Qualcomm's 720nm Snapdragon 8G, running the Android 11 + One UI operating system.

As usual, Samsung has not confirmed any of these rumors, but its launch is getting closer, not least because the device was spotted on Samsung's official page in Russia, indicating that it should be announced soon.
