This Thursday (19), Samsung announced a camera capable of streaming live videos in virtual reality and 4K resolution at 30 frames per second. The Samsung 360 Round has a circular shape and comes equipped with 16 lenses along its side, and one at the top, so you can capture everything around you.
According to the company, the device is aimed at "experts and enthusiasts who demand a superior virtual reality experience". The camera uses a software solution to successfully stitch together the images captured by the 17 lenses, thereby creating a virtual reality experience. Thanks to the software, the company even promises that 360 Round will be able to stream the experience live over the internet with "almost no delay".

Unfortunately, the device's value is anything but inviting. The Samsung 360 Round, according to CNET, will be available at the end of this month in the United States for US$ 10,5 (about R$ 33).
A super powerful computer is still required for the product to work. For example, for video editing and post-production you need a PC with a Core i7 7600K processor, 16 GB of RAM and a dedicated GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card or even better.
For live streaming, the computer must have a Core i7 6950X (10-core) processor, 32 GB of RAM and two dedicated GeForce GTX 1080 Ti video cards.
