The Galaxy A51 was made official by Samsung at the end of 2019, and arriving in Spain a short time later, it began to receive the update that brings the One UI 3.0 based on Android 11. The novelty has already started to circulate among users who have the smartphone of the Russia, and soon it should arrive in other regions of the world, which includes Spain.
The upgrade arrives with version code A515FXXU4DUB1 and in addition to bringing the news of the new operating system under Samsung's updated user interface, it also comes with the January 2021 security patch. The main news of the update is a cleaner layout and Organized, improvements to the native Samsung Internet browser as well as Samsung Keyboard, addition of chat bubbles, a dedicated section for conversations in the system notification area, support for app permissions for one-time uses, on-screen media playback widget lock and much more.
In addition to the Android 11-specific news, the update also brings the improvements introduced by One UI 3.0 such as a cleaner design, improvements to the Samsung Internet browser, improvements to the Samsung Keyboard, improvements to parental controls, support for single-use permissions, a section dedicated for conversations in the notification area, a dedicated media playback widget and more.
Samsung had informed that this update was being prepared and that it would be released to the general public in the first six months of this year. With the arrival of the upgrade now in February, it shows that the manufacturer has fulfilled its promise.

How to update?
As already said, the update is being released in phases, and at this point, only Russian users have started to be notified about it. But over time, the novelty will arrive for other countries, and until that happens, you can wait for the automatic notification of the system, or manually check if the version is already available.
To do this, access the settings menu of your Galaxy A51, following the path Settings > Software Update. If the update is available to you, a download option will appear on the screen.
