Smartphones, as much as they are of excellent origin and high standard model, at some point can be defective, especially after a few years of use. With the iPhone, of course, it is usually no different.
Blanco, in order to study failure rates by comparing iPhone models, revealed that the iPhone 6 is currently the most problematic Apple device that the company has ever produced.
Taking into account iDevices, the device stands out with a 22% failure rate, that is, more than one in five Apple devices end up being sent for repairs.
It is worth mentioning that the defect involving the batteries of iPhones 6 and 6s are directly involved in this situation, which makes Apple start a battery exchange program with promotional values.
Research shows that the iPhone X and iPhone 8 Plus are currently considered the models with the least defects. The iPhone 6 Plus has a 1% lower failure rate than its successor, the iPhone 6s Plus.

The report also says that Samsung is among the manufacturers with the highest failure rate in the Android smartphone niche, with 27,4%.
One of the main problems pointed out in the Galaxy line is related to the loss of performance, then camera, microphone and battery problems.
