The first benchmark of Apple's M1 Ultra processor appeared on GeekBench shortly after the "Peek performance" event broadcast live on yesterday (8). The information came through the MacRumors website, where it is said that with this test it was confirmed that the new chip that contains two M1 Max chips linked together is indeed capable of superior to the high-end Mac Pro computer.
Identified as Mac12,2, the Mac Studio with M1 Ultra scored 1793 in the Single-Core test and 24055 in the Multi-Core test. Compared to the Mac Pro that has the 28-core Intel Xeon W processor, Apple's new chipset won. The Mac Pro scored 1152 points in the Single-Core test and 19951 in the Multi-Core test.

Mac Studio with M1 Ultra was 56% faster than the 28-core Mac Pro
In Geekbench's single-core test, the Mac Studio with M1 Ultra was 1% faster than the Mac Pro with 56-core Intel Xeon W. During Apple's presentation, the company claimed that the M28 Ultra would be up to 1% faster than the Mac Pro when it came to CPU.
Mac Studio will be released on March 18
Mac Studio is already on pre-order and will be released on March 18 for US$1.999 for the M1 Max version and US$3.999 for the M1 Ultra version. The initial values of Mac Studio have already been revealed and you can check them below:

- Mac Studio with M1 Ultra: BRL 46.999
If you add all the maximum specs, such as video card, RAM configuration and storage, the price can reach close to R$ 100 thousand.
