Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 also has battery-related issues

A few days ago, reports began to emerge from some Galaxy Note 8 users that Samsung's top-of-the-line phablet was suffering from battery problems. According to the reports, the problem happened if the device reached 0% of the throat. When placed to charge, the device did not turn on again, even with another charger or cables, simply when the battery charge ran out, it did not charge again, even if the device remained connected to the socket for hours. Despite not being as serious a problem as the Galaxy Note 7 had, Samsung has already been ready to change the devices that had the problem.

Now, making Samy's situation even worse, new reports have emerged, this time with the Galaxy Tab S3, which arrived here in Spain in July. On the XDA Developers forum, at least four people reported that the devices became inoperable after the battery was completely discharged. However, the problem may be with the display, and not the battery, as netizens swear that the device is on, but does not display images.

Some users also commented that when they took the Tab S3 to a Samsung service center, the problem was solved by replacing both the screen and the device's motherboard. Which indicates that letting the tablet discharge completely can cause great damage to the hardware. The company has not yet commented on the matter.
