Jet Bot AI Plus has enhanced artificial intelligence
Between the two models, the biggest differentiator of the Jet Bot AI Plus is the presence of the Intel AI processor, which basically makes it smarter. When configured, it is possible to tell the robot where your pet needs to go, as well as other new functions, such as artificial intelligence algorithms that can classify objects. This can be useful for environments that have fragile goals, for example, it can help the Jet Bot take care of objects that can be broken on contact.
These features can be accessed exclusively through the Smart Things app, making the experience safe from intruders who don't live in the house. Like other vacuum robot models on the market, Samsung's Jet Bots have a camera system that maps the environment in 3D and allows its movement, avoiding the chances of contact between the robot and objects in the environment.
In addition, when the battery is low or the cleaning cycle is over, he is able to return to base to "rest" and recharge. This entire cycle can be configured via the Smart Things app, which includes the rooms reserved for cleaning and those that the Jet Bot should not enter.
Jet Bot Plus: simpler and more conservative
Although it is the simplest model, the Jet Bot Plus manages to preserve most of the useful features of its more complete brother. For example, it can also empty the compartment with dirt on the power base, and it can be integrated with other virtual assistants, such as Bixby itself, Google Assistant or Alexa.
The only difference is that, as it does not have a camera, it cannot analyze and classify objects, but it can monitor and map the environment, and showing an interactive map on the app's screen with the areas that have already been sanitized.
