The manufacturer had made the beta update available for the Galaxy Note 10, but a critical battery error caused the company to indefinitely interrupt the OneUI 3 beta program on the Note 10 Series.

"[...] We are working on stabilizing bugs that have occurred since the beta launch on the Galaxy Note 10 series. When stabilization has been completed to some level, the S10 and other models will start, so please wait a while", Samsung note.

According to information from users, after the software update, the device had an excessive battery drain, in addition to having other functionalities impaired when using the cell phone, such as general system instability, for example.
