Samsung decided to design two notebooks with the aim of meeting the needs of customers who use the computer only for everyday activities and less heavy games. We're talking about Notebook 3 and Notebook 5, which should be more affordable than Notebooks 9 and 7.
The company's idea is to combine power with usability, in a cleaner design with the company's latest hardware. The finish of these products is interesting, as the Notebook 3 and 5 should have a "zero-screw" look, according to the design language that Samsung demands.
Regarding the first product, the Notebook 3 features a 14 to 15 inch screen with Full HD resolution, and an 7th generation Intel Core i8 processor. In this case, the 15-inch version can also be configured with an NVIDIA MX110 graphics card. Regarding the battery, both models have a capacity of 43Wh. As for the RAM and storage capacity, the company has not revealed information yet.
The Notebook 5 will feature a 15-inch Full HD screen, also reproducing the 7th generation Intel Core i8 processor. The graphics card is NVIDIA MX150 GDDR5, with the same 43 Wh battery, but with a VGA front camera.
Both Samsung products feature a high-precision touchpad with a standard size and shape keyboard, but have their keycaps ergonomically designed for finger comfort when typing. In the case of the screen, it will have an anti-glare panel with colors adjusted by the Samsung Color Engine, which promises more vibrant images.
Even with the very simple specifications, the product proposal is up to the consumer who prefers a good notebook to be used in daily computing without causing any kind of problem. According to the company, the new notebooks will be available for purchase only in selected countries starting this month. Other countries will be able to receive the products in a global launch in the second quarter of the year.
