This week, news about hacking attacks on Instagram accounts has users of the platform worried. According to reports from several people, many of them were losing access to their profiles. Apparently, Russian hackers are involved in the action.
After the matter gained repercussion, Instagram issued an official note through its website in which it confirms that some accounts are indeed facing "instabilities". The social network also released some security measures that users must adopt.
"We're aware that some people are having difficulties accessing their Instagram accounts, and while we're investigating, we'd like to share some security measures."
