      This Wednesday (13), Microsoft released the September "Patch Tuesday" updates for computers and smartphones with Windows 10. The updates for this month bring small fixes and improvements to the system. For PC, the update is identified as KB4038788 and on smartphones, just as "Update 09-2017 for Windows 10".
