Windows 10 19H2 Update Should Not Bring New Features

Microsoft has announced some information about the next Windows 10 update called 19H2 (stable planned for late September or early October). But, this update will not bring many changes to the operating system. The news will be few, but they will actually improve the use and performance of computers.

The good news is that Microsoft is changing the update process to make them faster and less cumbersome. The company says that for version 19H2 it will use the same technology used for maintenance updates, meaning the process should be more like a regular monthly update rather than a major update, which requires a much longer installation process.

It is worth mentioning that the new update process will use the Windows Update, and will only be available to users who install the new version coming from the Windows May 2019 Update.

Starting this week, Microsoft started releasing Windows 10 19H2 to insiders registered in the "Slow Mode Ring" (Major builds with few bug fixes linked).

This first update is more about testing the Windows version release process, and does not provide any new features. Microsoft says it contains no changes visible to users. For more information on the features the new operating system will bring, Microsoft indicates that it will illustrate the new features of 19H2 as we get closer to launch.

So, to have some innovative features in Windows 10, we will have to wait for the release of the Windows XNUMX version. Windows 10 20H1, expected in March 2020. Meanwhile, Microsoft wants to improve the essence of computers.
