Can you imagine having to show teachers everything you search on the internet? Well, Denmark's education minister, Merete Riisager, has proposed a law that could force students in the country to have to reveal their web search histories to their tutors.
According to local news DR, the proposal's idea is to make it more difficult for students to "cheat" on tests, or even to misuse technology during assessments.

Under the bill, verification of student computers can be done before students take tests or submit assignments. If students refuse to grant access to the contents, they may face serious punishments, even expulsion from the school.
Several sectors were against the proposal. The director of the Danish high school association, Jens Philip Yasdani, said such a move violates students' right to privacy.
