Facebook will no longer allow game invites

Several Facebook users complain about requests for games on the social network, such as Candy Crush or Farmville. The good news is that now we won't have to worry about it anymore. Invitations to games and applications are out of date.

Through its official blog for developers, Mark Zuckerberg's social network announced that it will gradually discontinue the feature.

When Facebook started to arrive in Spain, with the end of Orkut, the invitations didn't stop, which ended up being inconvenient. Even so, the social network had thousands of fans who send invitations to friends so they could earn bonuses. All this filled the users' notification list.

To top it off, other functions must say goodbye to Facebook, such as comments made on external sites, which appeared in the timeline of other added friends. These features are expected to be deactivated on February 6, 2018.

However, just as some functions are deactivated over time, new ones appear. This week, for example, Facebook started to allow polls on users' walls. In addition, Facebook Stories now integrates with both Instagram Stories and Messenger.
