Resident Evil Village will still take some time to arrive, but fans of Capcom's famous franchise can now check out the newest title's standalone multiplayer! After a closed testing period has taken place, now all players will be able to get a taste of what's to come.
Called Resident Evil Re:Verse, the standalone multiplayer will be available from 3am on Thursday (8) until the same time on April 11. The open beta will be playable by PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC users (via Steam). In the new generation of consoles, the title can also be checked with backward compatibility.

Resident Evil Re: Verse
After Resident Evil: Resistance, the multiplayer of the RE 3 remake, has not been very successful, Re:Verse arrives to try to tread a different path.
Once released, standalone multiplayer will be playable by all fans who purchase Resident Evil Village. Resident Evil Re:Verse matches put up to 6 players in a playoff, with several iconic scenarios from the franchise serving as maps for each match.

Resident Evil Re:Verse will officially launch on May 7, 2021, the same date that Village will be available.
