Google Stadia will have free games temporarily after its launch

A strategy widely used these days is the free availability of games for testing. This action is done with the intention of attracting new users and is often used on platforms such as Playstation 4, Xbox and Steam. With that in mind, the Google Stadia console team announced that it will do the same after its debut.

The revelation was made by the Google executive when he was interviewed on the Stadiacast podcast. According to John, making test games available for free is one of the team's priorities after the console is released.

"Trials are something that is at the top of the list. We're just working on when and how we're going to release it, and you can imagine how busy things are right now with the build-up to launch."

Unfortunately, no exact date has been announced for the "tasting" of the games on Stadia. However, John said that it will probably take "a few months" for the games to be released on the platform.

The Google Stadia Founder's Edition product, the console version that includes a monthly subscription (US$9) along with games and technical benefits, will launch on November 19 in the United States, Canada and Europe. That is, Google Stadia is believed to arrive in Spain early next year. However, it is good to remember that, in order to play the video game, a good internet speed is necessary, which is not a strong point in our country in many regions.
