Update KB4023057 was first released in the year 2018, but is now being re-released with support for Windows 21 version 1H10. This update is designed to improve Windows Update processes and implement reliability improvements in various services responsible for computer updates. Another plus point of this patch is the fact that it will free up space on your SSD/HD to facilitate upcoming monthly or feature updates.
