Much has been said about the S Pen's compatibility with Samsung's new flagship, the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Generally, until then, this pen was an exclusive accessory of the Galaxy Note line and some tablets of the company, but it seems that Samsung decided to pass this staff on.
It hasn't been long since we received confirmation that, in fact, the Galaxy S21 will have S Pen support. Now, however, we have received a cover reveal that shows that the smartphone's body will not have the compartment to house the pen, which consequently suggests that it will not come in the device's box.

Native add-on or accessory?
According to the leak, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will receive pen support, however, it will not have the compartment to store it. With this, the developers of protective cases must create models that have this option, in order to prevent the user from losing the S Pen. Note that the cover case itself is slightly wider than usual, just to accommodate the exact thickness of the pen. With this confirmation, we can say that the device will have pen support, but will not be sold as a set. Instead, the S Pen will be a separate purchase, just as it will work with the headphones and chargers that were also taken out of the package.
From the looks of it, the S Pen in question is very similar to the model used in the Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+. The model that is used in the Galaxy Note has a button at the top, unlike the model expected for the S21 which has a more seamless design.
According to information, Samsung should not change the price of the S Pen, which today costs €40 alone (approximately R$260 in current direct conversion). The Galaxy S21 launch event is scheduled for January 14th.
