Today (15), Samsung finally made the Galaxy F62 official in India, a device that had several leaks, as it usually happens. The manufacturer's proposal when presenting this smartphone is to offer an intermediary capable of competing with other market options, many of them from Samsung itself, with a set of really interesting settings.
Starting with the components that work for the performance of the device, the Galaxy F62 has the Exynos 9825 processor, a good performance chip that is even found in the Galaxy Note 10. For support, the manufacturer offers two RAM memory, 6GB or 8GB, more 128GB of internal storage, passive expansion via microSD card.
While not the most refined camera package out there on the mid-range market, the F62 has a quad camera setup, which appears to be more than enough for normal use. The main sensor is 64 megapixels, accompanied by an ultrawide 12 MP and two more 5 MP for macro effect and depth of field capture.

In terms of screen, the device has a 6,7-inch AMOLED Plus panel, with FHD+ resolution and a teardrop notch to house the 32 MP camera. In the rest, we can remember the 7.000 mAh battery, capable of providing prolonged use without worrying about recharging at all times, in addition to the Android 11 system running under the One UI 3.1 interface.
It is worth remembering that Samsung keeps the 25W charger included in the box, and that the Galaxy F62 is built with Glastic, a plastic material that has been very common in the most recent releases of the South Korean company.
Price and availability
The Galaxy F62 is offered in green, blue and gray colors, starting pre-sales in India today and shipping to consumers starting February 22nd. For the other markets there is no estimated arrival date.
