Galaxy Fold passes new tests and should be released soon

Samsung's internal sources recently reported that the Galaxy Fold is ready to launch. According to these rumors, Samsung's folding device - which was supposed to hit the market in April this year - should be announced before the end of September.

By all indications, the Galaxy Fold underwent modifications and was approved with excellence in new tests carried out by the South Korean company. It may be that Samsung takes advantage of the event held on August 7 for the launch of the Galaxy Note 10 and announces the Galaxy Fold, but this is just speculation.

Galaxy Fold could be released before the end of September.

      • OLED X QLED. Which technology is better?
For those who don't remember, the Galaxy Fold was announced in April and tested by a select group of journalists and technology experts. The smartphone received harsh criticism and was dismantled by iFixit, which discovered serious problems with the device.

After that episode, many wondered what would be the first foldable smartphone to be released and when. This question remained unanswered for some time, as Huawei (Samsung's main competitor in this sector) also had to postpone the launch of its Mate X. Recently, the Chinese claimed that its folding device will hit the market in September.

Rumors say that Samsung even distributed more than two thousand Galaxy Folds to ensure that all problems are solved - one of them even being caught on the subway in New Delhi, used by an alleged Samsung employee.

Now it remains to be seen whether the South Korean will try to buy this fight and launch the foldable smartphone before Huawei - in addition to, of course, whether the Galaxy Fold is indeed ready for a new launch.
