Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has leaked specs

After announcing the Galaxy S20 line in February, information points out that Samsung is preparing to make another device official, but this time a tablet: the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, which has been the subject of several leaks in recent days.

Considering that we are talking about a "Lite" model, it is expected that it will be made official discreetly, possibly through a press release. However, before that happens, a leak has revealed all the specs of Samsung's new tablet, as well as renders showing off its design.

Allegedly, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a 10,4" IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels. Inside, we have the Exynos 9611 processor, combined with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which fortunately can be expanded. via microSD. It's also been said that select countries will receive a 128GB variant, but we don't know which ones yet.

As we are talking about a tablet, we cannot expect its cameras to be on the same level as current smartphones, given that this is not the focus of the device. Therefore, Samsung has only inserted a single sensor at the rear of 8MP, while the front one dedicated to selfies and video calls delivers 5MP.

To keep the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite powered up and running, the South Korean giant placed a powerful 7.040 mAh battery, which, given the more modest hardware, should deliver good autonomy in daily use. In software, as expected, Android 10 will come factory installed.

Seeking to improve productivity, the tablet also supports the S Pen, but the accessory will not be included in the box. Interestingly, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a metallic construction, something not very common in the mid-range segment. This makes the device more premium and, consequently, beautiful.

So far, there is no information about the release date, but considering that this tablet has been certified by the FCC recently, it shouldn't be long before it hits the market. Regarding the price, rumors point to a value between €300 (R$1.653) and €400 (R$2.204).
