Google Assistant is now adding the ability to use WhatsApp for both, which expands the possibilities for interaction without touching your smartphone.
You can say "Ok Google, WhatsApp, video Marcia" to have Assistant make the video call via WhatsApp. However, when testing the new function I realized that it is still not working as it should.
