Microsoft, in March of this year, entered into a partnership with Samsung in which the deal would be good for both parties. The agreement provided for the Redmond giant to include several services pre-installed on Samsung devices and even start selling the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus in its physical stores.
Samsung, in turn, has obtained a portion of royalties that it needs to pay for some features in its products to be amortized. After a few months of partnership, Microsoft will start selling the S8 and S8 Plus in its online store.
