with version number M315FXXU2ATJ9, this update is only available for India, as Samsung has managed to achieve a higher number of sales in the Asian country. Over the days, however, the update should reach other countries little by little.

The Samsung Keyboard app has been updated and renamed to Split Keyboard, and can now be used with the device in the horizontal position. In addition, the search function on the input language management screen of the Samsung Keyboard has been updated to make it easier for the user to find the input languages he wants to add or remove.
The messaging app also underwent an update, and received a feature that allows the user to send an SOS message with their location every 30 minutes for a period of 24 hours. The device's camera also received improvements in terms of image quality and stability.
