A Google engineer named James Damore was eventually fired after writing a 10-page manifesto criticizing the diversity policy practiced within Google.
The document, instead of being focused only internally, ended up quickly leaking on the web in relation to the controversial ideas contained in it, in which most of the company's employees displeased.

James also said that the absence of women in high-ranking positions is something due to their "lower tolerance for stress". Google, for not having approved the ideas of its employee, ended up sending him away.
Even though he was fired, the young man still hasn't finished the story and decided to sue Google accusing it of being discriminatory.
According to him, Google's "politically correct" environment ends up humiliating those who think differently from the ideas that are promoted.
The former engineer's action is in conjunction with another colleague, David Gudeman, who was fired from Google in 2016 after inappropriately responding to the concerns of a Muslim employee following the election of Donald Trump.
The duo says that "Google marginalizes, belittles and punishes employees who express political views different from the views of most employees".
A Google spokesperson said the company is eager to go to court.
