Google jobs: Job search tool arrives in Spain

No Espanha há diversos sites especializados em vagas de emprego, por muitas vezes você pode ter ido ao Google procurar por vagas e ter encontrado um destes sites. Bem, agora será um pouco diferente. Usando a base de dados desses sites, o Google vai garimpar uma vaga por sua busca e trazer diretamente nos resultados da busca.

Google announced that its search system will, through artificial intelligence, "understand" exactly the type of job that the user is looking for and display the best job openings. Users won't need to download app or do anything. Just use the normal Google search, either inside the smartphone or through the browser. It also informs that it will not use the user's private data to improve the search for opportunities. Privacy first, right Google?

According to Nick Zakrasek, product manager at Google, in an interview with Exame website, he commented: "We think that the hard part of the job search shouldn't be finding the ad, but the selection phase and making the decision about working at company or not".

Os sites participantes atuais no Espanha são: LinkedIn, Vagas, trampos.co, Love Mondays, OLX e Empregos.com.
