    Cases against Renato Feder

    In addition to its recurring tax evasion process, Multilaser, which according to the state of São Paulo, owes approximately R$95 million in taxes, in addition to the R$3,2 million that were evaded from ICMS (Commodities and Services Circulation) himself donated around R$ 120 thousand in favor of the electoral campaign of João Dória, current governor of the state where the process takes place.

    The company has already filed a lawsuit against the collection decision with the following allegation:

    "(...) until 2013, the government authorized companies in situations such as Multilaser to write off part of their debts by ICMS.(...)"
