Recently, several consumers who purchased the new Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus exposed a problem that is present on the screen of the devices.
Most of the reports realize that some parts of the panel simply do not work. In the Plus version, it seems, the issue would be even bigger. Obviously, the problem has a very negative impact on the user experience, as well as on future sales.

Samsung, after being notified about the flaw in its new devices, ended up speaking out publicly. Check the company's statement:
"At Samsung, customer satisfaction is critical to our business and our goal is to provide the best experience possible. We are studying a limited number of reports of Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus touch screen response issues. We are working with affected customers and investigating".
Even with an official pronouncement, the company did not present a definitive solution to the issue. Even with the replacement of defective devices, some of these users reported that the defect remains on the screen.
Thus, it is likely that the defect is centered on the hardware of the device. Therefore, customers will have to wait a little longer to find out how Samsung will resolve the issue.
The Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus will land in Spain next Tuesday (27/03).
