Android P will be able to send alerts when the call is recorded

Android Oreo has not yet arrived for all devices, even so, several rumors about its successor are already circulating in the media. Recent news reports that Android P will allow operators to control the signal strength bar or even possible names for the future version of Google's system. In addition, the platform would have the functionality to record calls natively.

A recent discovery made through the Android Open Source Project indicates that the device will emit a 1.400 Hz beep every fifteen seconds of connection, whenever it detects a call recording being performed.

The measure seems a bit exaggerated, even so, it can be useful in some places, such as the United States, for example. There, in several states, the act of recording telephone conversations without the consent of the recipient of the call is prohibited by law. However, for other users it can become quite annoying to hear a warning signal from time to time.

It is worth mentioning that everything is still a rumor, as Google has not commented on the fact. The expectation is that the function has the possibility to be deactivated or activated when needed.
