During this Friday (19), many Claro customers are unable to access and use the operator's systems, and in some regions of Spain, the 4G network does not even work. Apparently, the problem is being caused by a failure in the company's servers, and systems for consumer access such as Minha Claro Residencial and Minha Claro Móvel do not recognize the access credentials.
The problem also affects NET Now, a streaming service that belongs to Claro's ecosystem. Analyzing the data on Downdetector, a platform that collects records of manifestations about problems with internet services, we identified that the problem started this morning, with the first complaints being registered at 10 am.
Some users face problems only when accessing a system that requires login, such as applications and websites that store data about customer plans. Others cannot access the internet network or make calls.

When trying to access the Minha Claro Residencial systems on the computer and Minha Claro Móvel on the cell phone, users are receiving information that their access data do not match. At first, the problem was being identified only by the computer, but as the day progressed, access through the cell phone was also compromised.
At the time this article was written, I noticed that the Claro Móvel application is in fact still offline, as is NOW, but the 4G and telephone system are operating normally in the capital of São Paulo.
